SkyHill operates through both in-house and third-party service providers (airlines, embassies, accommodation partners, hospitals, etc.). Therefore, cancellation policies may vary by service type and provider terms.

Once your visa application has been submitted to an embassy or consulate, no refund is possible, regardless of outcome.
If you cancel before submission, up to 50% of the processing fee may be refunded (admin fees deducted).
Refunds depend on airline/hotel policy. Some bookings are non-refundable or partially refundable.
Administrative fees will be charged for processing cancellations.
If cancelled 14 days or more before departure: Up to 70% refund
7–13 days: Up to 30% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
No-shows or missed departures: Strictly non-refundable
Hospital deposits and medical bookings are subject to individual hospital policies.
If travel or surgery is postponed for medical/emergency reasons, rescheduling may be allowed with minimal penalty.
Visa-related medical cancellations follow embassy rules.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once sessions are held.
Processing fees may be refunded within 7 days of payment, only if no documentation has been submitted on your behalf.
In rare cases where SkyHill cancels a service due to unforeseen events (e.g., embassy closure, travel bans, provider issues), clients will be:

✅ Offered a full refund or alternate service
✅ Supported with rebooking at no extra charge (where applicable)
We allow changes to bookings where provider policies permit. Rescheduling fees may apply depending on:
Airline/hotel rules
Service type
Lead time before travel
Tip: Early notification gives you more flexibility.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
Delays may occur if third-party providers (e.g., airlines, embassies) are involved.
