To use SkyHill’s services, you must:

Provide accurate, complete information
Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
SkyHill offers advisory and facilitation services across several travel-related domains. These include but are not limited to:
Travel & Tourism Support: Visa assistance, hotel bookings, vacation packages, cruise deals, pilgrimage logistics
Education & Career Abroad: Study abroad consultation, school admissions, job placement
Medical Tourism: Overseas hospital booking, document transfer, post-op care assistance
Investment & Real Estate: Advisory on property and business opportunities abroad
Special Talent Programs: Sports scouting and international placement
SkyHill does not act as a visa-issuing body, hospital, airline, embassy, or legal representative of any government.
All services are subject to availability and are booked only after receiving confirmed payment.
Payment plans may be offered on select services, but bookings are only secured once full payments or agreed deposits are made.
SkyHill reserves the right to adjust pricing based on market fluctuations, exchange rates, and third-party updates.
As a SkyHill client, you agree to:
Provide all necessary documentation, truthful information, and signatures on time
Comply with the requirements of embassies, institutions, and service providers
Notify us promptly of any changes (e.g. contact info, intent to withdraw, health issues)
Failure to comply may result in delays or cancellation of your service, for which SkyHill will not be held responsible.
SkyHill’s cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
Non-refundable: Consultation fees, documentation review, and administrative charges
Partially refundable: Service fees on bookings not yet processed, minus applicable costs
Refundable: Overpayments or errors caused by SkyHill, subject to audit

SkyHill respects your privacy and handles all data in compliance with Nigeria’s NDPR and Europe’s GDPR. We:
Collect personal data only for service delivery

SkyHill may provide links to external sites or refer clients to partners (hospitals, schools, agents). However:

In the unlikely event of a dispute:
Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through direct communication first
If unresolved, claims shall be filed under Nigerian jurisdiction (or EU law if applicable)
Clients agree to provide documentation to support claims
SkyHill will act in good faith to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
SkyHill reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to check this page regularly.
Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.
